I didn't start Nachraal because I had it all figured out.

I started it because I didn't.

The part I don't usually tell people

For years, my life was a loop of starting things and abandoning them. I'd begin with fire, then quit — again and again.

Migration was heavier than I ever admitted out loud. Work pressure never paused. Money was a constant, low hum of anxiety in the background. And then the relationship I had built my entire emotional world around ended — and the ground went with it.

I remember genuinely believing: I can't do this. The road is too long, and I'm too tired.

What breaking taught me

Somewhere in that wreckage, I noticed something uncomfortable: no one was treating me worse than I was treating myself.

So I did the thing I'd been avoiding for years. I sat down with my own pain instead of running from it. I started studying myself the way I'd study anything I wanted to understand — honestly, without flinching. I met my deepest fears and my emptiest places, and I stayed.

And in the middle of all that, I discovered something that changed the direction of my life: how much power I actually had. How changeable I actually was.

The first real step wasn't a grand plan or a new routine. It was learning to be kind to my own body.

Your body is the one thing in this world that answers to you completely. Train it, and it grows strong. Neglect it, and it quietly keeps the score. That's not a threat — it's the most honest feedback loop you will ever have. When everything else in my life felt out of my control, that honesty was the first solid ground I found.

What I am — and what I'm not

Let me be clear: I'm not a doctor, and I'm not an influencer with a perfectly curated life.

I'm a serious learner, a few steps into a long road — probably the same road you're on. Every article on Nachraal exists because I first needed the answer myself. I researched it, questioned it, tested what I could, and wrote down what held up.

I don't believe in miracle cures. I believe in mechanisms, in honest caveats, and in the slow, unglamorous work of rebuilding yourself from the foundation up.

Real change is hard. It hurts. I won't pretend otherwise. But the feeling of fundamental transformation — of watching your own strength grow week by week — is worth every gram of that pain.
